Return policy – What do you need to know?

  • Customers can return a product within a span of 15 days from the date of delivery. For returns, we do not have any reverse pick up facility. Customers who want to return a product/order will have to ship the package to the office address.

  • We may refuse to accept any return product/order if it’s worn, washed, or soiled.

  • If you have received a damaged product, proof has to be shown in the form of an image/video and to be sent to For products with manufacturing defects or damages, a full refund will be initiated and transferred to your bank account within 7 days. If the damage is from your end, no full/partial refund will be initiated.

  • No refund is initiated in the form of coins, gift vouchers, discount coupons or points. We refund only in the form of money.

  • For products purchased at discounts, only the discounted amount will be refunded and not the original price of the product.

  • No refund will be initiated for shipping and/or gift packing charges the customer paid for a product. The price your paid while buying the product will be timely refunded. Also, we cannot gift wrap the replacement product you have ordered.

  • A cash on delivery (COD) refund can only be processed after we have received the money. Which is usually after 7 working days. Refund TAT for COD is 12 to 14 working days. 

  • If you need to return a single item out of a combo pack you have purchased, yes you can do that. 

Note: Refunds and exchange is only done if there is any issue from company side. Like Incorrect items sent, colour mismatch and such. For any other issues refund and exchange is not available. 


How do I submit a Return Request on the website?

In the events of returning a product/order, you will have to log in to your account on

  • Click the “Orders” section and select the order you wish to return.

  • Explain the reason for your return and follow the instructions.

  • Upon competition of the return request, you will get an acknowledgement box.

  • The product has to be self-shipped to our office address Mumbai,

  • You can see your money refunded to your given bank account in just 7 working days.

How to exchange the product I purchased?

If for some reason you feel the need to exchange the product, you can within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The 30 days easy return/exchange policy can be found under the “Orders” section of your account at

I have self-shipped the product but haven’t received the refund, what to do?

We take up to 7 working days to initiate or transfer the money to your bank account from the date of receiving the product. In case you haven’t received the refund after 7 days, you can call us directly at 1800… or drop mail at and we will take care of everything from there.


I purchased the product at discount, will I get a full refund?

No, if you have purchased a product at discount, you will be refunded the amount you paid after the discount.

Will I be refunded the amount I paid for the COD/Shipping/gift pack?

For returns, we only refund the amount of the specific product. The shipping/COD/gift pack charges are calculated on each order and thus are non-refundable.


Note – When you self-ship a product order it is recommended you do not use The Professional Couriers. We recommend using Speed Post for sending your return order.
Make sure the package is in secured condition, the product contains all the original tags and every single product of the order is unused.
